PETERS - Henry W. age 90, died peacefully on Tuesday, June 29, 2004 at his home in Mahwah. Henry was born in Pittsburg, PA on August 23, 1913. He was a resident of Midland Park for 24 years before moving to Mahwah 12 years ago. Henry was a foreman in the research center at ABEX Corp. in Mahwah for 33 years before his retirement in 1978. Surviving are his children, Robert Peters and his wife Margaret of Las Cruces, NM, Gerald Peters and his wife Virginia of Live Oak, FL, Marcianna and her husband Thomas Teegan of Limington, ME, Constance and her husband Charles Williams of Wyckoff, Randolph Peters and his wife Deborah of Midland Park, and Daniel Peters and his wife Lea of Westbrook, ME, sixteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. Henry was pre-deceased by his wife of 57 years, Helen (nee Dwornik) in 1993. Funeral services will be held Saturday 10:30 AM from the Vander Plaat Funeral Home 257 Godwin Avenue Wyckoff. Funeral mass will follow 11 AM at the Church of the Nativity 315 Prospect Street Midland Park. Visiting is Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
