Obituary of Henry-Lynn Anderson


ANDERSON Henry Lynn Anderson, 80, Jacksonville, died January 17, 2009 at Northeast Florida Community Hospice. He was born in Blountsville, TN on March 18, 1928, the third of six children to the late John Kern and Ruby Francis Droke Anderson. He was a decorated veteran of the United States Navy, proudly serving his country for over 20 years. He was also a Master Mason with the Ribault Lodge in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. His loving wife, Patsy Sue, preceded him in death. He is survived by his son Clinton of Jacksonville, his son Andrew and his wife LeeAnn of St. Augustine along with their two children Erin and Drew; one brother, Denver and his wife Betty of Bristol, TN and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-7PM, Friday, January 23, 2009 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, Chapel Hill Memory Gardens. Graveside services will be held to celebrate his life, 11 AM, Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Chapel Hill Memory Gardens with Masonic Funeral Rites and Full Naval Military Honors, officiated by a Naval Chaplain. A reception will immediately follow at the home of Andrew and LeeAnn Anderson.
