Henry Jeff Sinard of Panama City, Fla., passed away Friday, June 3, 2011.Henry was born April 10, 1954, in White Pine, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his parents, mother, Lena Richie, father, Ivan Sinard; and brother, Dale Sinard. Henry leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Pamela Burgett; brothers, Richard Sinard and Valton Sinard; grandchildren, Shawn Henry Burgett, Kayla Burgett, Matthew Burgett and Felicia Burgett; numerous great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces.A service will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, June 9, 2011, at Covenant Hospice, 107 W. 19th St., Panama City, Fla.
