Henry J. Peters 1919 - 2004 Henry Joseph Peters, of Connaught Avenue in Moncton passed away at his residence on Saturday, December 4, 2004 at the age of 85. Born in Rogersville, he was the son of the late George and Denerise (Roy) Peters. A member of St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, he was retired from #5 Supply Depot in Moncton, having over 40 years service. He was a veteran of WW II with the 14th field ambulance. He enjoyed golfing and spending an occasional winter in Florida. He is survived by his daughter, Sheila MacDonald (Allen) of Moncton; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Rachel and Mark (Tina) MacDonald; a great grandson, Scott MacDonald; and a sister, Lydia Melanson of Fox Creek. He was also predeceased by half-brothers, Joe and Eddy; half-sister, Helen; brothers, Blair, Albenie "Ben" and Cloris; sisters, Stella and Georgina. There will be no visitation at the request of Henry's family. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 10:00 am with Fr. Allison Carroll officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
