MICHAUD, Henriette (nee Giroux) 1946-2007 The family announces with sorrow her death, at the West Nipissing General Hospital, Sturgeon Falls, on Saturday, May 12th, 2007, at the age of 60 years. Born June 7, 1946, daughter of Exilda Larocque (nee Guenette) of Sturgeon Falls and the late Philippe Giroux. Loving wife of Conrad Michaud of Sturgeon Falls. Caring mother of Guy-Andre (Jan Sebastien Proulx) of Montreal and of Chantal (Michael Capannelli) of Windsor. Endearing grandmother of Noah. She also leaves to mourn her loss, her family, Maurice (Claire) Giroux of River Valley, Marie-Jeanne (late Paul) Vezina of Sturgeon Falls, Alcide (Patricia) Giroux of Sturgeon Falls, Bernadette (Michel) Denis of Hanmer, the late Gilberte (Jean-Yves) Denis of Jocko Point, Simon (Linda) Giroux of Val Caron, Gisele (Francois Ledoux) Giroux of Windsor, and Jean (Diane) Giroux of Meaford, as well as in-laws Yollande (late Andre) Laporte of North Bay and Gerard (Marge) Michaud of Sturgeon Falls, as well as several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to recognize the excellent professional and medical service offered by the hospitals and cancer clinics in Windsor, Sudbury, and Sturgeon Falls. They extend most sincere gratitude to Dr Carswell of Windsor, who helped her out tremendously at the beginning of her ordeal, and to Dr. Cano of Sudbury whose sincere humanism greatly helped Henriette and her family pass through this last period of her life.
