LAWRENCE, HELYN ELIZABETH The death of Helyn Elizabeth Lawrence of Fredericton, NB, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Sunday, December 28th, 2003 after a period of failing health. Born in Calgary, AB, she was the daughter of the late John and Barbara (Walker) Phillips, and the wife of the late Ronald Lawrence. Survived by three sons, R. Edward Lawrence (Heather McDonald) of Fredericton, granddaughters, Andrea Tims (Greg), Joanne Wood (Steven) and Amy Whittaker (Anthony), and their mother Jean Lawrence, James (Susan) of Moncton, and granddaughter, Jennifer Lawrence, Roger (Stephanie Whalen) of Fredericton; two great grandchildren, Brett Tims, and Ellea Whittaker; two sisters, Janet Dickie of Brooks, AB and Babs Phillips of St Andrews; and former daughter in law Jo-Anne Lawrence; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by three brothers, Bob, John and Wendell. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 30th, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A private family funeral service will be held at the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery Extension at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. www.mcadamsfh.com
