Hellen M. Orlando Pelham NH, retired from Pelham Memorial High School PELHAM, New Hampshire -- Hellen M. (Maiocchi) Orlando, 89 of Pelham, NH, died Monday afternoon, April 26th, at Methuen Health and Rehab. Center. She was the wife of the late Joseph Orlando, who died in October, 1988.She was born in Boston, May 6, 1920, the daughter of the late Alexander and the late Elizabeth (Curran) Maiocchi. She was a communicant of St. Patrick Church in Pelham.Before retiring, Mrs. Orlando worked in the cafeteria at the Pelham Memorial School for over twenty years.Among her many interests, she most enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed knitting and gardening as well as spending time travelling to and visiting the White Mountains.Mrs. Orlando is survived by two daughters Bette Kelley of Pelham NH and Hellen J. Butler of Annapolis MD,; three granddaughters Robin Cappella and her husband Kevin of Hudson NH, Lisa Mosto and her husband Sam of Sandown NH, and Amy Jo Camirand and her husband Chad also of Hudson NH, a grandson Christopher Butler of Annapolis MD, three great-grandchildren Brittaine, Jonathan, and Giovanni, a sister Elizabeth Balesterieri of Franklin NH, a brother John Maiocchi of Florida, and several nieces and nephews.ORLANDO -- In Methuen, April 26, 2010, Hellen M.
