HomemakerLAKELAND -- Mrs. Helen B. Williams of Lakeland died of complications following a stroke Saturday (April 8, 2006) in Lakeland. She was 79.Born in Chicago on Aug. 13, 1926, she came to Lakeland from Bangor, Mich., 52 years ago. She was a homemaker.Mrs. Williams is survived by her sons, Barry Williams, Robert "Bob" Williams, Bryan Williams, all of Lakeland; daughters, Karen Montgomery, Grand Junction, Mich., Donna Williams, Amy Louderback, both of Lakeland, Laurie Turney, Polk City, Susan Williams, Sturgis, S.D.; nine grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren.Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Lakeland Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
