DELAND - Helen Doretha Williams, 80, of West Hubbard Avenue, a former inspector for Sherwood Medical Co., died Wednesday at University Center West. Mrs. Williams was born in Mims. She was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist, the Helping Hand Guild and served as a chairwoman of the Deaconess Board. Survivors include a daughter, Ann Richardson, Snellville, Ga.; two sisters, Dorothy Palmore-Scott and Virginia Harris-Myrie, both of DeLand; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
