<!-- FH = Culley's MeadowWood --><!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Helen Ann 'Noni' Spooner Stuart Broken hearts now reside in Tallahassee.Helen Ann 'Noni' Spooner Stuart, 64, of Tallahassee, Florida, went to Heaven to be with our Lord and Maker on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, in Tallahassee, Florida. She is survived by Former Husband, lifelong confidant, companion and caregiver, "Husband-In-Law" Philip Stuart; Son, Lane Gerald Weston Stuart of Tallahassee; Daughter, Page Elizabeth Weston Stuart Curry, Son-in-law, Craig John Curry, Sr. and three Grandchildren, Craig John 'CJ', Cameron and Caroline all of Tallahassee.Sister Marion Spooner Harrison, Calvary, Georgia; Brother Stirlin Spooner and her Sister-in-law Virginia Spooner, both of Tallahassee. A Niece Jennifer, and two Nephews Danny and Royal. She is preceded in death by Mother Maggie; Father Luther, Brother Frank, nephew Joseph and brother in law BC Harrison. As a child Noni loved horses.As an early adult she became interested in auto racing; especially the Daytona "500" in Florida, and would occasionally enter her Corvette in drag races. Living in Fort Lauderdale, Noni loved boating the many waterways and picnicking with her family on the boat. While raising her children she lived her lifelong dream of owning and raising a horse.Actually two, Silver Sunrise and Smokey Mountain. More recently, Noni loved spending time in her backyard flower garden, tending her roses. Noni's most special delight in life was her son, Special Olympic Champion, Lane and visits with her grandchildren, thoroughly enjoying each of their excellent musical instrument ensembles, fascinating conversations and watching them romping, laughing and playing indoors and out "…keeping me young and happy.".Hosting garden parties with family, friends and neighbors was a very favorite activity, spending many blissful hours in regalia preparation. An affinity for the Sea, Noni enjoyed traveling to take in beautiful sunsets at the beach and would always seek out lighthouses to explore and photograph. On one memorable occasion, Noni was invited, by the lighthouse keeper, to climb to the top of the lighthouse at Jupiter Inlet.We miss you Noni. We celebrate you. We thank you for the happy times, utmost love and warm kindness you brought to us all. Family and friends will gather to celebrate Noni's life on Monday, July 29th from 6:00-8:00pm at Culley's Meadow Wood Funeral Home, Riggins Road, Tallahassee, Florida. Noni's funeral service will be Tuesday, July 30th at 2:00pm at St. Peter's Anglican Church on Thomasville Road, Tallahassee.Interment will be at a later time.
