Helen Mary (nee Dupuis) Johnson May 4, 1944 - Dec 3, 2013 It is with the greatest sadness that we announce the passing of Helen Mary Johnson after a brave battle with cancer. Helen will be remembered by her loving Husband of 49 years Albert; children Ruby, Kathy, Lance (Rhonda), and James(Becky), her brother Albert, sister Elaine, as well as her grand children, great-grand children, nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her mother Mildred, father Napoleon, brothers Ray, Leo, Andre and Morris; Her sisters Florence and Rita as well as her son-in-law Roy. Helen, with her husband, owned businesses together throughout the years including 25 years owning the New West Restaurant in Edmontons west end. Helen also enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and spending time watching hockey. In her spare time though, her passion was BINGO, Enjoying many many years at Kenginston Bingo on the north side. We will miss her forever and treasure the memories we have of her. At her request there will be no funeral service and Donations in Helens memory may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute.
