ObituaryHelen M. Jones, 85, Cape Coral, died December 25, 2001. Mrs. Jones was born December 22, 1916 in New York City, NY, the daughter of William and Georgianna Kirk McComb. She has been a resident of this area since 1978, coming from New Jersey. She was a member of the Royal Palm Yacht Club, Ft Myers, Southwest Florida Symphony, and the Cape Coral Cruise Club. Mrs. Jones is survived by a brother; William J. McComb, Cape Coral, FL; two nephews, William J. McComb, Jr, Kansas City, KS, Frederick McComb, Birmingham, AL; a niece, Pattie Ferrer, Hamilton, OH; three grand nieces, and one grand nephew. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 3, 2001 from 2-4 pm, at the Metz Chapel. A private Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
