HOOK, HELEN M., 82, formerly of Louisville, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2012 at her son's home in Orlando, FL. She was a native of Worthville KY. She co-owned and operated Hook's Bakery at 26th and Market Street with her husband, George R. Hook, who predeceased her in 1994. She was a member of the old St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Survivors include three sons, George W. (Molly), Michael A. (Polly) and David R. Hook (Lisa); two grandchildren, Jonathan Hook and Joy Alegria; and three great-grandchildren, Anthony and Kate Alegria and Kimberly Ishmael. Her funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons (Downtown/Portland), 2114 W. Market St., followed by burial in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday
