Helen Louise Gibson Miller - SAVANNAH - Helen Louise Gibson MILLER died Saturday July 18, 2009 at Hospice Savannah surrounded by her loving family after a long illness. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Monday evening July 20, 2009 at the Bonaventure Funeral Home. Graveside rites will be 10:00 AM Tuesday July 21, 2009 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with the Rev. Robert L. Tice officiating. Helen was born May 26, 1943 in Madisonville, TN to the late Joseph Gibson and Sarah Hettie Cook Gibson. She was an underwriter for several insurance companies in the Savannah area and a former member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband Gene Miller, Sr. of Savannah, her daughter Kathleen (Kate) A. Miller and her fiancŽ' Ray Velez and a son: Gene Miller, Jr. all of Savannah. Her grandchildren Michelle, Michael & Steven Kotlar of Riverside CA and her great grandson Lukas Domingo also of Riverside, CA. She is also survived by her brother Arthur & wife Onetta Gibson of Shady Dale, GA and a sister-in-law: Jeanette Gibson of Sanford, FL and a host of nieces and nephews.
