Obituary of Helen-L. Harrington


HARRINGTON Helen L. (nee Benjuski) 81, of Oakland NJ, on November 27, 2013. Helen loved the Jersey shore in the summer and was an avid swimmer throughout her life. Loving wife of the late Daniel Harrington (2005). Devoted mother of Mary Louise of Bloomingdale NJ, Anthony Victor Harrington and his partner Patrick Thomas Flynn of Maplewood NJ, Anne Catherine of New Milford NJ and the Late Paul Joseph Harrington (2011) and his wife Mary Cay of Brunswick Maine. Cherished grandmother of Catherine Anne Henley and her husband Robert of Biloxi Mississippi, Annie Maureen of NYC and Mary Theresa of Charlottesville Virginia. Funeral Liturgy will be held on Wednesday December 4, 2013 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 117 Franklin Ave Oakland, NJ. Burial will be at Christ the King Cemetery 980 Huron Road Franklin Lakes, NJ. Relatives and friends may visit the Oakland Memorial Home 330 Ramapo Valley Road (Rt.202) Oakland, New Jersey on Tuesday December 3, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made to The Christian Health Care Center 301 Sicomac Ave Wyckoff, NJ 07481 or The Chilton Memorial Hospital 97 West Parkway Pompton Plains, NJ 07444.
