CARTER Helen L. Carter, 64, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2003 in Jacksonville, FL. Helen was born on April 28, 1938 in Lackawanna, NY and was a member of St. Lukes Catholic Church in Middleburg, FL. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Donovan Carter; sons, Larry and Lyle Dunlap; daughters, Patricia Navarro and Lisa Sadler; 2 brothers, 2 sisters and 15 grandchildren. A memorial service in celebration of her life will be held on Friday, January 17, 2003, 11:00 AM at St. Lukes Catholic Church, 1606 Blanding Blvd., Middleburg, FL with Fr. Edward Rooney officiating.
