Cox, Helen K. LEEDS Helen Kammerer Cox, 87, beloved sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and great-grandmother passed away on Thursday February 13, 2014. She is survived by her daughters, Sandra R. Goulet and Sharon L. Lukens as well as 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her devoted son, John Cox. Helen had an amazing career as a personal secretary for three governors of New York State before retiring to spend more time with her cherished family. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 1 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
