Jacobs, Helen, of Boca Raton, passed away November 12, 2005. Beloved mother of Dr. Paul (Barbara) Jacobs, and Alan (Susan) Jacobs; loving grandmother of Michael (Debbie), David (Sylvia), Marci Horowitz (Robert), and Peter (Leeann); loving great-grandmother of Matthew, Hillary, Mitchell, Samantha, Sarah, Noah, Haley, Allison, and Melissa; dear aunt of Ann (Dr. Alan) Lane; dear great-aunt of Richard (Jill) Lane, Dr. Howard (Dr. Rikki) Lane, and David Lane. She was formerly of Forest Hills, NY, and Miami Beach, active in Hadassah, and temple sisterhoods. Services will be held on Monday, November 14, 2005, 2pm, at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 5808 W.
