She is preceded in death by her husband Leon Mitchell; parents; sister, Anna Lee Hagler; brothers, Onas Mynatt and Dossie Mynatt. Helen is survived by her son, Loren R. Goss and wife Judy of Kansas City, MO; daughter, Mary E. Brown of Springfield; sister, Betty Jenkins of Belton, MO; 3 grandchildren, Annette Reser of Springfield, Lee Brown of Fordland, MO and Melissa Roe and husband Jeff of Kansas City, MO; 3 great-grandchildren, Cody Reser and Megan Chism of Springfield, MO and one on the way; 1 great-great-granddaughter, Sara Chism and many nieces, nephews and friends.A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division), Springfield, MO.
