Helen Glover Age 74 of 115 Dewitt Ave., Elmira, NY passed away Friday, May 16, 2003 at home. She was the last survivor of eight siblings. Helen is survived by her sister-in-law, Nellie Jennings of Elmira; nieces, Delores (Robert) Geter of Rochester, NY, Judith (John) Harris of Albuquerque, NM; nephews, Marvin (Brenda) Rouse of St. Paul, MN, Drs. Charles (Tristi) Jennings of Peekskill, NY, Rev. Gilbert Glover, Jr. of Syracuse, NY, Raymond (Mildred) Glover of Elmira, Dr. Hubert Glover of Atlanta, GA, Charles Antley Family of New York, NY; a host of great-nieces and great-nephews and many friends throughout New York State including her special local friends, Gladys McClain, Annie Jane Thomas, Faye Atkins, Lula McInnis, Susa Allison, Edna Tayler, Eloise Mouzon, Lee and Robbin Tindall and the McGee family. Ms. Jennings was a very active and devout member of All Saints Home Church of God in Christ where she was a Trustee, President of the Missionary Board and Financial Secretary. She was Jurisdictional Field Representative, Western New York for the Church of God in Christ and was former secretary and current treasurer of the Bragg Towers Tenants Assoc. Family and friends are invited to visit All Saints Home Church of God in Christ, 351 E. Fifth St., Elmira on Tuesday, May 20th from 7 to 9 PM. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 21st at 11 AM in the church with Rev. Cephus McGee, Jr., her pastor, officiating. Committal service and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed to the Norman (Chuck) Jennings Scholarship Fund at All Saints Home C.O.G.I.C., in her memory. Walter J.
