FLANAGAN, Helen Beville, 95, entered eternal life October 30, 2004. She resided at The Masonic Home in St. Petersburg. Mrs. Flanagan was born in Louisville, Ky., on August 27, 1909, to Sylvia and Owsley Burks. She was a member of the Loyalty Sunday school class at Idlewild Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was predeceased by L. T. Beville Sr., Vernon Flanagan, son, William Beville, and sister, Mildred Pinkston. Survivors include two sons, Jack Beville (and Kathy) of Brandon, Terry Beville (and Jean) of Temple Terrace, Doris Beville of Palm Beach Gardens; two stepsons, Frank Flanagan and Robert Flanagan; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephew. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 6, 2004, at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home, Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Ave., with the Revs. Ken Whitten and Reno Zunz officiating. Private interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. Honorary pallbearers include Richard Lowery, Ed Papy, Da le DeBlock, C.W. Knight and Howard Smith. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Hospice of the Florida Suncoast.
