WILLIAMS Helen Finch Williams of The Advent Christian Village in Dowling Park, Florida died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2001 after a brief illness. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on Sept. 15, 1908. Helen worked for the Finley Tucker Agency which later became the Continental Group Insurance Company, as an Underwriter until her retirement after twenty-five years service. She later worked for Barnett Brass & Copper Company in Jacksonville until 1982. She moved to Dowling Park retirement center in 1987. She moved to the Dowling Park retirement center in 1987. Helen was preceded in death by her daughter, Dr. Joan Williams and by nine of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Jerry Crosby of Live Oak and eight grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; her brother, Lamar (Evelyn) Finch of Hilton Head, SC and two sisters, Margaret (Melvin) Plunkett of Young Harris, Ga and Frances Tucker of Richmond, Virginia. Helen is a member of Mayfair Baptist Church in Jacksonville, and an Associate member of Bixler Memorial Advent Christian Church in Dowling Park. Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM, Sat. Sept. 22nd from the graveside in Greenlawn Cemetery, Jacksonville with Rev. Ron Thomas of Bixler Memorial Advent Christian Church officiating. A Memorial service will be held at The Village Church in Dowling Park at 3:30PM Saturday afternoon. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of George H.
