Obituary of Helen-E. Miller


Helen E. Miller of EndwellHelen E. Miller, 78, of Endwell, passed away Wednesday afternoon, February 6, 2002 at the Good Shepherd Fairview Home after a lengthy illness. She was predeceased by her husband, Herman Miller; a daughter, Kathleen Platt; a brother and two sisters. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Edward and Jackie Miller, Endwell, James and Judy Miller, Statesville, N.C., Arnold and Renee Miller, Binghamton; a daughter and son-in-law, Suzan and Larky Peterson, Suwanee, Ga.; ten grandchildren, including a special granddaughter, Shari Morse, Endwell; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Mazur, Binghamton, Esther Commodore, Rochester, N.Y., Dorothy Fitzpatrick, Vestal; also several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. Helen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and dear friend to all who knew her. Funeral services will be held at the J.F. Rice Funeral Home, Inc., 150 Main St., Johnson City, Saturday at 10 a.m. The Rev. Elvin S. Murphy will officiate. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
