Helen D. Jacobs, 85, Sarasota, died Oct. 29, 2004. She was born April 20, 1919, in Cleveland and came to Sarasota from there in 1973. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Church of the Incarnation. Survivors include sons Douglas C. of Cleveland and Frederick D. of Bradenton; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Church of the Incarnation. Palms Funeral Home is in charge.
