Helen D. Davis of Knox, NY, went to be with the Lord on April 8, 2009. She was the daughter of the late William and Mary Raynor Chase. She is survived by her husband, Marvin R. Davis; sister, Jeanette Evans; children, Deborah Ann, Alvin Laverne, Moncella Alicia, Dennis, Jarrell Richard, Jeffrey, and Mary Ellen; grandchildren, Tewande L., Jeremy, Sean J., Andre, Christopher, Raven, Jenna, Taylor, and Chase; two great-granddaughters, Dominique and Destiny, and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Milton and Marjorie Thomas, and William and Melvin Chase, and one grandson, Craig L. Funeral services will be Saturday, 10 a.m. at Blessed Hope Worship Center, 185 Central Ave., Albany. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park.
