COLLINS, Helen Ladd, 92, passed away March 27, 2006. A resident of Temple Terrace, Fla., and Maple Springs, N.Y., he survived by her daughter, Nancy Collins Mentzer of Denver, Colo.; son, Lawrence N. Collins Jr. of Cincinnati, Ohio; four grandchildren, Marielle Babnik, Michelle Deiner, Courtney Schreiber and Christopher Collins; sister, Marge Predovich; and brother, Andrew Ladd.
