HENDERSON, Heather JoyIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Heather Joy Henderson on March 26, 2012. After a long battle with cancer, she passed peacefully at the Ladner Hospice - who we can't thank enough for their compassion and care. Heather is deeply missed by husband Robert, son David and wife Angela, daughter Kristina and fiancee Jason and granddaughter Chanel. She is survived by her sister Wilma (George). Also remembering her with love are brother-in-law David, Judy and Brian. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Heather devoted her life to her family and friends - especially her granddaughter Chanel. She was a very strong person who stood up for what she thought was right, always spoke her mind and loved unconditionally. Her family will be hosting a Celebration of Life in late April.
