Peacefully in hospital on Saturday, September 13, 2003. Survived by her cousin Mary E. Shepherd of Southampton, Ontario. Hazel will be sadly missed by many dear friends. Friends may attend a Service of Remembrance at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Wednesday, September 17, 2003 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery. Memorial donations to the C.N.I.B., Unit 135, 1101 Prince of Wales Drive, Ottawa, K2C 3W7 would be appreciated.
