HENRY Hazel Lee Fulcher Henry, 84, of Grayson, GA, formerly of Jacksonville, FL, died Monday April 19, 2004. A graveside service will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday April 21, 2004 at Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville, GA, with Mrs. Susan Rumble officiating. A native of Wilmington, NC, Mrs. Henry was a homemaker and was a member of Chestnut Grove Baptist Church, Grayson. Mrs. Henry and her late husband, James N. Henry resided in the Jacksonville area from 1946 until 1993. Survivors include: Daughter and Son-In-Law: Anyse & Phil Myers Jr., Grayson, GA, Grandson: Dale Myers, Lawrenceville, GA, Granddaughter: Lisa Myers Turner, Loganville, Great-Granddaughter: Ashlyn Nicole Turner.
