Services for Hazel B. Maxwell 88 will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday November 29 2002 at Parsons Mortuary Chapel with burial in Parsons City Cemetery. Mrs. Maxwell died Wednesday at Decatur County General Hospital. She was preceded in death by husbands Charles B. Wortham and Elvin Maxwell. Survivors include stepdaughters Joevelyn Gurley of Decaturville and Yancy McFall of Perryville; son Charles Wortham; stepsons Ronnie Maxwell and Ralph Maxwell all three of Parsons; one grandchild and two great grandchildren.
