CARTER, HATTIE PEARL , 76 of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father, Thursday June 8, 2006 at Camelot Healthcare. She was a member of Summit Hills Church of the Nazarene . Hattie was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Betty Garmon . She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Robert "Ralph" Carter; sons, Larry Carter (Lisa), Phillip Carter (Patty), Kelly Carter (Georgia); daughters, Beverly Mitchell and Pamala Cain (Mark); sister-in-law, Maxine Garmon; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visiting for Mrs. Carter will be from 2-8 p.m. Saturday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home where services will be conducted at Noon Sunday. Burial in Brookland Cemetery.
