Funeral Service for Hattie Lee Williams, 84, Dufferin Harris Circle, Port Orange, FL, who died Sept. 3, 2008 at home, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 at House of Prayer for Everyone, with the Rev. Willie R. Davis officiating. Burial will be at Volusia Memorial Park. Calling hours are today (Friday, Sept. 12) from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at R.J. Gainous Funeral Home, Inc. Viewing will be from 8:30 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Mrs. Williamsattended Chisholm High School in New Smyrna Beach, FL. She was an accomplished singer, along with her sisters, for many years. She was a member of the House of Prayer and served on the Executive Board, Harvester's Auxillary and as Financial Secretary. Survivors include her sister, Reverend Mother Pauline Davis, Daytona Beach, FL; sister-in-law, Margaret Roberts, Bayside Long Island, NY; nieces and nephews, Ruth Smith, Dr. Willie Davis(Riley Ann), Patricia Poole, Min. Deborah Radcliff (Benny), John Davis (Alice), Min. Cheryl Denise Smith, Abbie Gail Davis, all of Daytona Beach, FL, Rev. Dexter Roberts (Cassandra), Dallas, Ga.; Godson, Carl Woods; special friend and caretaker, Tonya Brooks; loving church family and a host of other relatives and friends.
