BeauticianLAKELAND -- Mrs. Hattie Lou Jackson of Lakeland died of a heart attack Wednesday (Jan. 4, 2006) at Tandem Health Care in Lakeland. She was 85.Born in Dublin, Ga., on Aug. 21, 1920, she came to Lakeland from Miami three years ago. She was a self-employed beautician. She was a member of Green Grove Baptist Church of Dublin, Ga.Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Jackson. She is survived by her son, Emroy Jackson, Lakeland; caregivers, Andresa Burns, Ruby McClendon, Joyce Mitchell, all of Lakeland.Visitation will be Monday, 5-7 p.m., at Dudley Funeral Home in Dublin, Ga. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Green Grove Baptist Church in Dublin. Burial will be in Dudley Memorial Cemetery. H.W. Oldham Funeral Home.
