Harry Lee Jones, age 84, Springfield, passed away Monday, Nov. 14, 2005. He was born in Leroy, Kansas, on June 20, 1921. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, serving during World War II. He was employed by Campbell 66 Express and was a member of the Teamsters local union #245. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sterling and Alice Jones six sisters and four brothers. He is survived by his wife, Ruth M. (Burk) Jones children, Tom, Richard, Bob, Phil, Kenny, and Nancy Jones eight grandchildren seven great-grandchildren his sister, Carrie Marie Scott and many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2005, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. tonight, in the funeral home.
