MILLER Harriet Miller, age 69, of Trumbull, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012 at Bridgeport Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Samuel Miller. Mrs. Miller was born in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late Jacob and Jenny Kot. She had been a schoolteacher for the Bridgeport school system for many years, after which she worked in tech services for the Fairfield Public Library. After retiring in 2003, she enjoyed attending classes at Fairfield University. She especially loved spending time at her home in the Berkshires. Besides her husband, survivors include her loving children, Eric Miller and his wife Meryl of Newton, MA, and Leslie Miller Hanrahan and her husband Sean of Rockville, MD, cherished grandchildren, Harrison, Abigail and Sarina Miller, and Jacob and Zoey Hanrahan, her dear sister Rhea Bufferd and her husband Allan of Newton, MA, and her niece and nephew, Lauren and Steven Bufferd. Services will take place on Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, (TODAY) at 2:00 PM at Congregation B'nai Israel, 2710 Park Ave. Bridgeport. Interment will follow at B'nai Israel Cemetery in Monroe.
