CARTER Harriet Martin Carter, 76, of Huntington, WV., formerly of Jacksonville, FL. passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2013. Harriet was born on April 4, 1937 in Jacksonville, FL. The daughter of the late Murphy K. and Thelma V. Martin. Harriet was a collector with Wachovia Bank and a statistical typist for Universal Marion Corporation. She is survived by her son; Frank Wayne Carter of Huntington WV., granddaughter; Candace Renee Carter and great grandson; Brackston Grey Carter of Proctorville, OH. Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 10:00AM at Riverside Memorial Park with Rev. Doctor Nancee Martin officiating.
