Obituary of Harriet-Frances Carter

Harriet Frances Carter, 90, died May 13, 2008, at the Hospices of the Treasure Coast Residence, Fort Pierce. She was born in Newark, Ohio, and lived in Stuart and Port St. Lucie for 27 years, coming from Granville, Ohio. She was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include daughters, Bonnie Pargeon and Linda Riccio, both of Port St. Lucie; 12 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Carter; son, James Carter; brother, William Carter; and sister, Martha Jane.
