He enjoyed riding and fixing up 4-wheelers, motorcycles, and mini-bikes. Harold really enjoyed gathering with friends and family on the 4th of July to watch and shoot fireworks.He was preceded in death by his parents, Velda and Lee Carter; and a sister, Lois Page.He is survived by his wife, Carol Carter; sister, Shirley Foell; children, Debbie Bowler, Alan Carter, Tammy Harmon, Teresa Hawk; and several grandchildren. Harold is loved and will be missed by all who knew him.A visitation will be held Sunday June 30th, from 12:30pm to 2:00pm in Meadors Funeral Home, Republic Mo., with funeral services to follow.
