Dick Rogers, 69, passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Julie Blair Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Albany where he had been a resident. Born on October 8, 1939 he was the son of the late Harold and Flora Meunier Rogers. Dick had resided in Schenectady, NY and Houston, TX where he was a mechanic as well as a machine fitter by trade. Besides his parents, Dick was predeceased by two brothers, Daniel and Robert Rogers; and his sister-in-law, Cecelia (Robert) Rogers. Dick is survived by one sister, Laurel Gouge of Houston, TX; two brothers, Arthur Rogers of Houston, TX and Joseph (Kristen) Rogers of Rotterdam, NY; one sister-in-law, Patricia (Daniel) Rogers of Schenectady; six sons, and three daughters residing in Texas and New York.
