SPARTANBURG, SC-- Mr. Harold Lee Smith of 145 Hamilton Ave. peacefully entered rest on Sunday, December 31, 2006 at Spartanburg Regional Memorial Center.Mr. Smith was a native of Spartanburg County and was a son of the late Mr. John Franklin Smith and the late Mrs. Madgie McKissick Smith.Mr. Smith was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church of Whitestone. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was employed with Duke Energy and Southern Electric.M. Smith is survived by one son, Mr. Jordan Smith of Manhattan, NY; two brothers, Mr. Jerome (Alice) Smith and Mr. Clifford (Daisy) Knuckles both of Spartanburg; five sisters, Mrs. Jennie Ruth Howard, Mrs. Jo Ann Norris, Mrs. Mattie Mae (Eugene) Sarter, Mrs. Ida (Otto) Wilkins all of Spartanburg and Mrs. Doris (Ted) Caldwell of Greenville, SC; one aunt, Mrs. Ida Taylor of Plano, TX; one uncle, Mr. Ellison Smith of Spartanburg; one granddaughter; sister-in-law, Mrs. Elmer Louise Smith of Spartanburg; five nieces; seven nephews; and other dear relatives.J.
