He was born on July 9, 1930 in Birmingham, AL, to Clyde and Lillian Gray. In 1949, he married Peggy Pierce, and they were married for 42 years until he was widowed in 1991. Harold worked as a Civil Engineer at the Kennedy Space Center for several prime contractors between 1960 to 1988.Harold is survived by daughter, Ann (Tom) Kimbler, Franklin, TN; son, Gene (Terri) Gray, Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Brad (Rachael) Kimbler, Joanna (John) Kimbler Lea, Kelly (Nate) Gray Melody, and Leslie (David) Gray Scott; and great-grandchildren, Noel, Ava and Mason Kimbler and Jillian Melody. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 3:00pm on Sunday, September 8, 2013, at North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville, followed by a graveside service at 3:00pm at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
