JONES, HOWARD ROBERT(BOB), 88, died on Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Hewas a native of Fayette, Alabama, and a resident of Prattville, Alabama, for 52 years. Bob was a local businessmanserving in the early years asPresident of the PrattvilleChamber of Commerce, asChairman of the State Boardof Appeals for four years, andas Director of Autauga County Emergency ManagementAgency from 1984 to 1996. Bob was predeceased by hisparents W. Luther and NancyJones of Fayette, Alabama;brothers W. Claude Jonesand James Max Jones; andsisters Louise Newton, RubyLawrence and Inez Martin.He is survived by his wife of 62years, Natalie; three daughters, Marsha Royal, LynnJones and Susan McGwier;five grandchildren, Jim Royal,Robert Royal, Natalie Harrison, Monica McGwier, andBlake Litchfield; and onegreat granddaughter, SageRoyal. He is also survived bya brother, Murray (Gene)Jones, and three sisters, Kathleen Durden, Marie Catherand Christine Jones, as wellas many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will beheld at 2:00 p.m., on Sunday,December 28, 2008, at FirstUnited Methodist Church, 100E 4th Street, Prattville, Alabama 36067.
