LEE--Herbert C. The Trustees, National Committee and Staff of the Whitney Museum of American Art express with great sadness the passing of Herbert C. Lee, devoted father of longtime Trustee, Thomas H. Lee and National Committee Chair, Jonathan O. Lee. Together with his wife, the late Mildred Schiff Lee, he was a friend and advocate of the arts. His dedication has forever enriched the arts community and he will be deeply missed.
