COOPER, HELEN LOUISE JESSEN, age 74, a lifelong native of Orlando, passed away peacefully in her home on November 20, 2005. Helen was married to the late Ralph Cooper, a native of Kissimmee, and is survived by two sons, Frank Cooper and Bob Cooper, both natives. She was predeceased by her daughter, Janie Marie Johnson. Helen is survived by three sisters, Thelma Broadaway, Alice Marley and Carolyn Brooks, brother Thomas Jessen Jr. and one sister-in-law, Sandy Cooper of Oklahoma. Mrs. Cooper was the daughter of Hilda and Thomas Jessen, both natives to Orlando as well. Mrs. Cooper went to Orlando High School and was a member of Concord Park United Methodist Church, The Eastern Star and Pine Hills VFW. Helen was an bookkeeper for Inland Material Company for many years before retiring. Helen loved her computer, gardening and was the family historian. Funeral will be held at graveside at Orlando Memorial Gardens Cemetary, 5264 Ingram Rd., Apopka, Saturday, November 26, 2005 at 1PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helens name to the American Cancer Society. Helen will be very much missed by her family and friends.
