Mrs. "Helen" Boca White, 88, of Shepherd's Care Nursing Center, Greenville, SC, formerly of 71 Kings Hwy, Congers, NY died Sunday, July 9, 2006. Born in Bethlehem, PA, she was a daughter of the late Gabriel and Marie Boca and widow of US Navy Retired Lt. Commander Joseph Leo Francis White. Prior to her retirement, she was an Administrator in Tax Collection and Social Services with Rockland County, NY Municipal Offices for approximately 30 years. She was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Surviving are two sons, John Michael White and wife Eileen of Brick, New Jersey and Joseph James White and wife Lee Etta of Greenville, SC; four grandchildren, Michael, Brandon, Jamie and Evan White; one sister, Gloria Kraus of Valley Cottage, NY; and one niece, Margaret Kraus of New York, NY. Rite of Committal will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Haverstraw, NY.
