HomemakerPLANT CITY -- Mrs. Gwendolyn Elizabeth Williams of Plant City died of complications following a stroke Tuesday (Jan. 24, 2006) at Plant City Health Care. She was 82.Born in Plant City on Oct. 1, 1923, she was a lifelong resident. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mary Community Church where she was an organist, member of the choir, Sunday school teacher and youth director.Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughters, Margi Addul-Wasi, Gwendolyn Stephens, both of Plant City, Janice Whitehead, Brenda Gordon, both of Tampa, Mable Byrd, Bradenton; sons, George Williams, Riverview, Samuel Williams, Plant City; 47 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Visitation will be from 5 to 7 this evening at St. Mary Community Church, 907 East Laura St., Plant City. Services will be at noon Saturday at the church. Charlow Funeral Home, Plant City.
