On September 5, 2001 peacefully after a long and difficult struggle with emphysema. Beloved husband of Pauline Wood and devoted father and father-in-law to Lynn and Jonathan Hurstfield-Meyer. Guy loved and was loved by his grandchildren Richard, David and Julie. He is survived by his brothers Maurice, Marcel, Jacques, Michel, Jean and his sister Jacqueline Ricard. He was predeceased by Pierre and Claude. According to his wishes, cremation will take place. Memorial Service from Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home Chapel, 5301 Decarie Blvd. (corner Isabella) on Monday, September 10 at 12 noon.
