Il fut l'époux bien-aimé de Gertrude (née Vachon); cher père de Gisèle (Robert Valiquette); fier grand-père de Vincent; frère de Jean-Paul Chartrand et de feu Jeannette Morand; fils de feu Alice Dupuis et feu Antonin Chartrand. Un remerciement au personnel du Center c'accès aux soins communautaires et au personnel du 3e plancher de l'Hôpital Queensday Carleton. La famille recevra parents et amis à la Maison funéraire Kelly, 3000 avenue Woodroffe (Barrhaven) le vendredi 11 septembre de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. La messe des funérailles aura lieu le samedi 12 septembre en l'église St-Rémi à 10h suivie de l'inhumation au cimetière de l'espoir.
