JONES, GUSSIE LEE KEMP, 91, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2004, in Carson City, NV. She worked for 35 years at Stewart Dry Goods in Louisville. She was a member of St. Matthews Methodist Church in Louisville. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Fred S. Jones, a son, Richard Jones, and two sisters. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Jim Barfield of Fallon, NV; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Jones of Louisville; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Bill Paschall of Tennessee; and a sister, Lillian Wood of Michigan. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, August 30, 2004, at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd. A gathering will follow at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made to the American Red Cross.
