July 23, 1911 - May 10, 2002 Passed away peacefully with family by her side in Bonnechere Manor, Renfrew Ontario on Friday afternoon, Greta Stewart (nee McEwen) formerly of White Lake Ontario in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Peter Stewart (1981). Dearly loved mother of Melvin (Wilma), Edwin (Fern), Boneta (Carl) Box, Roxy (Terry) Watt and Gail (Douglas) Gillies all of White Lake. Dear grandmother of Donna, Sheila, Connie, Sherry, Lennis (Beaver), Carrie, Brian, Shawn and Cynthia. Predeceased by grandson, Shayne Headrick and granddaughter, Shelley Robertson. Also survived by 14 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Melvin (Morna) McEwen, James (Marjorie) McEwen and Wanda (Donald) Shaw. Sister-in-law of Boyd Campbell and Marion McEwen. Predeceased by brothers Willis and Bernard McEwen and sisters Waveney Campbell, Roxy Baker and Lois Marshall. Daughter of the late Charles McEwen and Ethel Barrie. Resting at THE BOYCE FUNERAL HOME, CHAPEL, VISITATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior where friends may pay their respects on Saturday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., funeral service will be conducted in The Chapel Sunday May 12, 2002 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Donald Anderson officiating. Interment White Lake Community Cemetery. In memoriams to the McNab/Braeside Waba Cottage Museum and Gardens in White Lake or charity of one's choice appreciated by her family.
